World news:

Under the Australian Government's Right to Disconnect Law, employees can ignore their boss's mail and calls after office hours.  Australia's Right to Disconnect law comes into force on Monday.  In Australia, these laws are designed to keep work and personal life separate.

Now employees can say no to the boss after their work hours.  The employee's boss can't tell him anything about it.  After this law in Australia, if a company does not implement it, they will be fined.  Also if a senior employee says something to his junior for this, he will be fined.
