KP Sharma Oli becomes Prime Minister of Nepal

CPN-UML president KP Sharma Oli has been re-elected as Nepal's prime minister.  He was sworn in as PM at a special ceremony at the President's residence at Sheetal Niwas in Kathmandu .  This is Oli's fourth term as the country's chief executive.  During the function, President Ram Chandra Poudel administered oath of office and secrecy to CPN-UML president KP Sharma Oli.  He was appointed Prime Minister by President Poudel on Sunday in accordance with Article 76(2) of the Constitution.
