The Air Chief Marshal inaugurated the Weapons Systems School at Begumpet in Hyderabad

Chief of Air Staff (CAS) Air Chief Marshal VR Choudhary inaugurated the Weapons Systems School (WSS) at Air Force Station Begumpet, Hyderabad on July 1, 2024.  This marks the beginning of a new chapter in the history of the Indian Air Force (IAF).  It was launched in 2022 after the approval of the Weapons Systems School (WSS), a new unit of officers in the Indian Air Force.  The new training institute has been formed with the objective of restructuring and transforming the Indian Air Force as a future oriented force.  It is a great achievement for the Armed Forces in general and the Indian Air Force in particular.
