With the aim of promoting astro tourism in Uttarakhand, the Department of Tourism in collaboration with Astro Tourism Company has formally inaugurated 'Nakshatra Sabha' at George Everest, Mussoorie. This is a different kind of event in itself, the first time in the country the “Nakshatra Sabha” on the theme of astro tourism has been organized.
The tourism department has taken this initiative in line with the vision of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami to promote multi-faceted tourism activities besides religious tourism in the state. Chief Minister Dhami extended his best wishes for the successful organization of “Nakshatra Sabha” organized by the Tourism Department. He also highlighted the possibilities of increasing tourism in the state.
