External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar is on a three-day foreign tour. He also reached Singapore. Here he termed China's claim on Arunachal Pradesh as ridiculous and said that the state is a 'natural part of India'. Jaishankar also commented on Pakistan and said that 'Pakistan is using terrorism as a means of governance, India will no longer ignore this threat.'
Jaishankar, who arrived in Singapore on Saturday on a three-day visit, stressed that Arunachal Pradesh is a "natural part of India". Jaishankar's statement on the Chinese claim on Arunachal Pradesh came after the Ministry of External Affairs had already rejected its claim, calling it baseless. China had opposed PM Modi's visit to Arunachal Pradesh.
