Gautam Gambhir Quit Politics: East Delhi BJP MP Gautam Gambhir will not do politics. He made a post regarding this. Gambhir thanked PM Narendra Modi in his post. Actually, Gambhir now wants to focus on cricket only. Gautam Gambhir reached Parliament after winning the Lok Sabha elections in 2019. Currently he is the mentor of IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders team.
Gambhir shared a post on social media, in which he wrote - I have requested Honorable Party President JP Nadda to relieve me of my political duties so that I can focus on my upcoming cricket commitments. I heartily thank Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji. Along with this, while tagging Union Home Minister Amit Shah, he wrote – For giving me the opportunity to serve the people, Jai Hind.
