Woman judge asks Chief Justice for her wish to die, CJI calls for report from Allahabad High Court

A woman judge from UP has written a letter to the Chief Justice of India demanding euthanasia.  After this, Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud has sought a report on this matter from Allahabad High Court.

 CJI asked for report from Allahabad High Court::
 According to sources, late night the CJI has asked Supreme Court Secretary General Atul M Kurhekar to seek a status report from the Allahabad High Court administration.  Secretary General Kurhekar has written a letter to the Registrar General of Allahabad High Court seeking information about all the complaints given by the woman judge.  Along with this, it has been asked about the status of proceedings before the Internal Complaints Committee which deals with the complaint.  This step has been taken after the letter went viral on social media.
 Let us tell you that the woman judge has written a letter to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court requesting euthanasia.  She says that she has been treated very humiliatingly due to which she is very hurt, now she wants to die so that she can be allowed.
 The woman judge has written in her letter, 'I give justice to others, she also gave a message to the women working in India and said that they should learn to live with any kind of oppression, this is the truth of our life, no one  Listens.  You will get harassed if you complain.  She further wrote, 'I got only 8 seconds for justice, I could not get a fair investigation done for myself, if a woman thinks of fighting the system then it is wrong, I have felt this as a judge.'
