Indian Moon Mission Chandrayaan 3 Latest Update: As dawn breaks on the Moon, ISRO is now trying to re-establish communication with its lunar mission Chandrayaan-3. It is trying to revive the solar-powered lander Vikram and rover Pragyan so that they can continue scientific experiments. Both were put into sleep mode earlier this month before the start of the lunar night on September 4 and 2 respectively. That period of 14 days is over and light has started reaching there again, which has also raised hopes of ISRO.
Now sunlight has started reaching the southern end of the moon again. In such a situation, it is believed that Vikram Lander and Pragyan Rover (Lander Vikram, Rover Pragyan) will be charged again. With this, ISRO scientists will now try to re-establish contact with him, know his fitness and check his ability to resume work.

'Will be fully charged from today onwards'::
Nilesh Desai, director of ISRO's Space Application Centre, said, 'When the temperature at the south pole of the Moon reached minus 120 to 200 degrees Celsius, we put the lander and rover (Lander Vikram, Rover Pragyan) on sleep mode. The reason for doing this was to protect them from malfunction. Now from September 20, the sun's rays have started reaching the moon again. Along with this, we hope that from September 22, the solar panels installed on the Lander-Rover will be fully charged, after which we will be able to put them to work again.
