Yashobhoomi Convention and Expo Center: Prime Minister Narendra Modi (Narendra Modi) celebrates his 73rd birthday today. Narendra Modi gave a unique gift to the country today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the India International Convention and Expo Center in Delhi today. The PM Vishwakarma Yojana will also be launched today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated the first phase of the India International Convention and Expo Center or Yashobhoomi in Dwarka. The project cost is Rs 5,400 crore. He also inaugurated a new metro line in Dwarka.
Yashobhoomi is a very large convention center with many exhibition halls and other facilities. The Convention Center’s world-class plenary hall will give visitors a world-class experience. The cost of construction of the entire center is Rs 5,400 crore. The Convention and Expo Center complex covers an area of 890,000 square metres. It has a seating capacity of over 11,000 delegates. The Convention & Expo Center has 15 conference rooms while 13 meeting rooms as well as a Grand Ballroom.
Know that the exhibition hall of Yashobhoomi Convention & Expo Center will be used to host trade fairs and business events. Its exhibition hall covers 170,000 square meters. It is constructed in distinctive design with copper roof. The porch has media room, VVIP lounge. Also cloak room for guests, information center, ticketing system has been constructed. The hall has terrazzo floors inspired by Indian culture, with brass inlaid rangoli patterns and light patterned walls. The building uses a rainwater harvesting, 100 per cent water recycling system. The convention center has underground parking for 3,000 vehicles. Where more than 100 electric charging points have been set up.
The PM Vishwakarma scheme is worth Rs 13,000 crore and will provide loans to craftsmen for financial assistance. The loan will bear interest at a concessional rate of 5 per cent. The first installment of the loan will be Rs 1 lakh and the second installment will be Rs 2 lakh. You will also get training to improve your skills. The beneficiaries of the scheme will be connected to the PM Vishwakarma portal. There will be free registration of craftsmen and artisans and the minimum age limit will be 18 years. The Vishwakarma scheme is expected to directly benefit 3 million families in the country. This means that the scheme could benefit millions of people directly or indirectly.
