S. Somnath Temple Visit: After the successful soft landing of Mission Moon Chandrayaan-3, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) chief S. Somnath visited the temple.  Somnath on Sunday (August 27) visited the Bhadrakali temple in Kerala.  He had visited the Paurnami Kavu-Bhadrakali temple in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.  On August 23, Chandrayaan-3 made history by reaching the lunar surface.  ISRO's achievement is now being celebrated all over the world.
S.S.  Somnath reached the temple, performed pooja and saw the Lord.  He was seen standing in the temple with folded hands.  After performing the pooja, he also performed Aarti.  Chandrayaan-3 was landed at the south pole of the moon, where no spacecraft from any country has ever reached.
