Nationaldesk:
Politics also started over the naming of the landing site of Chandrayaan-3 as Shivshakti.  Congress leader Rashid Alvi objected to the name Shivshakti and accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of doing politics.  Rashid Alvi said "he sometimes changes the names of streets, sometimes changes the names of cities and now he has reached the moon.  Is the prime minister the owner of the land of the moon that  he is naming?"  The BJP has responded to Rashid Alvi's allegations.  BJP leader Baijayant Panda said the people have already punished such people.

BJP leader Baijayant Panda said that politics is also done on what the country should be proud of.  People have punished them.  The people have already punished and we don't think it's necessary to give them any more time.
On the other hand,  Shia Maulana Saif Abbas Naqvi has also objected to the name Shivshakti.  "This is the country's achievement, so it should have been named Bharat or India," he said.
Shia cleric Maulana Saif Abbas said, "I think whatever its name is, it should be called India."  India should be kept.  Hindustan should be kept.  These would have been most appropriate so that there would have been our flag waving in the name of India.
