The results of the 'Gariyasi-Chandraprasad Shaikia Short Story Award-2023' have been announced

The results of the 'Gariyasi-Chandraprasad Shaikia Short Story Award-2023' have been announced.  The results of the 'Gariyasi Chandra Prasad Shaikia Short Story Award-2023' launched by the Gariyasi-Assam Tribune newspaper group in memory of Chandra Prasad Shaikia, founding editor of literary magazine 'Gariyasi' and a renowned storyteller of Assam have been announced.
 The results of the competition are based on the testing of the jury formed by 'Gariyasi' from among the participants.  The winners of the awards are: 1st Prize: Shilpi Sharma (Story: Anan Munda aru ata Okhompurno Golpo ), Rs. 10,000 cash and certificates.
 2nd Prize: Devjit Kalita (Story: Haruki Murakamie puha khetortu ), Rs. 7,000 cash and certificate.  3rd Prize: Khanindra Bhushan Mohanty (Story: Rupali Mokorar Baat ) Rs. 5,000 cash and certificate.
 The awards will be presented at the Chandra Prasad Shaikia Memorial Day to be held at Guwahati Press Club on August 8 at 5-00 pm.
