Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme Announced For SC Students on july 18

Assam State Education Minister Ranoj Pegu took to Twitter to announce the launch of the Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC Students (Classes I to VIII) scheme on July 18.
 The initiative is set to provide financial assistance to students belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) community whose parents' annual income does not exceed ₹2.5 lakh.
 With this scholarship program, the Assam government is taking concrete steps to bridge the educational gap and facilitate access to quality education for Scheduled Caste students, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder their academic pursuits.
 Ranoj Pegu twitted that ,“Attention: Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC Students (I to VIII).  The scheme aims to provide scholarships to SC students whose annual parental income does not exceed Rs.  2.5 lakh.  Check newspaper ad today.”
