5-year combined postgraduate course started at Guwahati University

The Gauhati University will start a five-year combined postgraduate course under the new education policy from the 2023-24 academic year.  The university has already held its inauguration ceremony in the presence of Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sharma and Education Minister Dr. Ranuj Pegu.
 The university has recently issued a notification for admission to combined postgraduate courses on the basis of the new education policy.  This combined postgraduate course will be of 5 years.
 Students who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination can apply for this course.
