WhatsApp new Feature: Meta has rolled out two new updates today to further improve the privacy of WhatsApp users. One of these updates is going to be very useful as recently many WhatsApp users have been facing calls from unknown numbers due to which they have been facing trouble. This has also increased the cases of fraud on the platform. Meta has now added a new feature on WhatsApp that will give users the option to silence incoming calls from unknown numbers . The company has also added a 'privacy checkup' update to the app that will tell users about all the privacy tools of the app and give them the option to checkout.
Both updates will be available to you in privacy by going inside the settings option. The first option is very useful for women because sometimes women get sudden calls from unknown numbers that bother them to work. Keeping this feature on will not cause any problems and calls from unknown numbers will be automatically silenced. All silenced calls will appear to the user inside the Calls tab.
The privacy checkup option will inform users of all the tools that are needed for their privacy. This means that you will find all the tools in one place. Under the privacy checkup, WhatsApp will give you information about Who can contact you, see your personal information and many other things. From here you can also change the settings.
