These agreements will be sealed during PM Modi's visit to the US

 Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left for a three-day visit to the United States.  This is his first state visit.  PM Modi, who arrived in the US at the invitation of US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden, is considered to be making a significant visit.  During the visit, PM Modi will hold bilateral talks with US President Biden.  
 The relationship between India and the US is deep and our engagement in every field has grown steadily, Modi said ahead of his visit to the US.  "My conversations with President Biden and other U.S. leaders will further the bilateral relationship between the two countries.  I am confident that my visit to the United States will further strengthen our relationship based on the values ​​of democracy, diversity and freedom.  We stand strong together to meet global challenges."
 PM Modi's visit will seal defense, business, technology and strategic deals between India and the US.  But defense deals are considered the most important.  The PM's visit is set to be the biggest ever defense deal between India and the US that will make India a superpower.  This will increase India's strength many times over.  The roadmap for defense industrial cooperation is expected to be one of the key outcomes of PM Modi's visit, the Indian External Affairs Ministry said on Monday.
 The Defense Ministry last week gave the green light to the purchase of the US Predator drone 31 MQ-9B.  It is believed that PM Modi may announce the $3 billion deal for the purchase of Predator drones.
