Rajveer Singha, a 17-year-old boy from Pandu, New Colony of Guwahati has written over 50 letters to the Prime Minister

 Rajveer has consistently written these letters with the intention of bringing attention to the pressing issues and asking the government to take appropriate action.
 His letters are well-researched and always contain in-depth knowledge of the subject matter.
 Rajveer's Father said, "Rajveer took up an interest in research-based writing right after completing his High School Leaving Certificate Exam. This enabled him to focus on the challenging issues of our society. He then decided to write to our."  Prime Minister regarding these issues."
 “We had no idea that he was writing letters to the PM.  We came to know, once we received intimation from the PMO.”  he further added.
