The death of Assam police sub-inspector Junmoni Rabha has raised questions as she was a dominant and fearless police officer. The way she died in a serious road accident, the police are also in action mode.
Sub-Inspector Junmoni Rabha of Assam Police was born on 1 July 1993 in Kamrup district of Assam. She was a resident of Dakhingon, Sivpur and Kahilipara in the same district. Her father's name was Kamal Rabha. She has already passed away. Junmoni already wanted to join the force. So after completing her studies, she started preparing to join the Assam Police. Junmoni's hard work paid off and on 1 July 2017, she was selected as a Sub-Inspector in Assam Police. During this time, Junmoni worked in several places. But on December 13, 2021, she was posted to Nagaon Police Department. She had been stationed there ever since.
Junmoni Rabha passed away at the age of 30. She died in an accident early Tuesday morning. She was seriously injured when her car collided head-on with a container truck in Nagaon district. But she died while being taken for treatment. She was alone in her private car at the time of the accident. The incident took place in Sarubhugia village of Jakhalabandha police station area of Kaliabor sub-division.
