National Desk:
The central government has issued an alert regarding the new variant of Corona in India, BF.7.  Amidst all this, the Union Health Ministry has said that the next 40 days are very important for the country, as there may be an increase in the cases of Kovid-19 in January.  Government sources have also said that if there is a wave of corona, then the number of deaths due to it is not likely to be very high.
In view of the new variant BF.7 of the corona virus, the Government of India has made corona testing mandatory at airports.  However, flights coming from abroad have not been banned yet.  Experts say that only people coming through foreign flights become the source of infection from outside.  Many times traces of the virus are not found immediately in the corona test of an infected patient.  In this situation, there is a possibility of spread of corona infection.
