Biden announces air defense equipment to Ukraine at NATO summit

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) summit kicked off in the United States on Tuesday.  At the conference, US President Joe Biden made a new announcement to help Ukraine.  In the midst of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, he announced the donation of air defense equipment to Ukraine, saying Russia was failing in the war.  On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the NATO summit, President Biden stated that the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, Romania and Italy will provide equipment for five additional strategic air-defense systems to Ukraine.
