Akasa Air announced hiring: 1000 employees to hire the airline, soon international flights will also start

India's newest airline, Akasa Air, is going to hire soon.  Akasa Air is planning to expand its fleet by March 2024 and hire 1,000 additional staff members.  The airline's CEO Vinay Dubey made the announcement.
    Vinay Dubey said that by March 2024, the number of total employees of the airline will increase to more than 3,0  involving 1,100 pilots and flight attendants.  Right now, the airline has more than 2,000 employees.  Akasa, which was launched seven months ago, will also start international operations by the end of this year.  However, international destinations have not been announced yet.
    Dubey said the airline is currently working with the Ministry of Aviation to determine available routes and traffic rights for possible international destinations.  Dubey has confirmed that the airline is considering both East and West locations.
 In February, 361,000 passengers traveled from Akasa Airlines, which is 3% of the domestic market share.  According to the latest official data, Akasa’s on-time performance was 87%.  Dubey expressed satisfaction with the progress of the airline so far and said he was happy with the achievement.
