National Desk:
Former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has been remanded in judicial custody till April 5 in connection with the liquor policy scam.  Special ED CBI judge MK Nagpal sent Sisodia to judicial custody in the Rouse Avenue court.
Sisodia was produced before the Rose Avenue court today after his five-day ED remand expired and the ED did not seek further remand of Manish Sisodia.  Manish Sisodia also applied for some more books to read in jail.  The court said the books they wanted would be given.
Sisodia was arrested by the CBI on February 26 in the case.  A few days later, he was arrested in jail by the ED after questioning.
