National Desk:
To put an end to the nefarious antics of China, the Indian Army is going to deploy LCH Prachand in the North-East.  The Light Combat Helicopters will be deployed at the Missamari Army Aviation Base in Assam.  This base was started in the month of March last year.  This base is only 150 kilometers away from the Chinese border i.e. Line of Actual Control (LAC).  If China does any action, then this helicopter, flying at a speed of 330 kilometers per hour, will reach the spot in less than half an hour to respond.
LCH Prachanda will start working on this base from the end of this month.  Four helicopters will be deployed at present.  The fifth helicopter will be received in November.  Missamari is the third aviation base of the Army.  Before this, two more aviation bases are in Leh and Bangalore.  Due to LCH Prachanda, along with keeping an eye on China, there will be many types of help in the entire Eastern Command.
Many dangerous weapons have already been deployed at the Missamari Army Aviation Base.  Helicopters like Advanced Light Helicopter Dhruv (ALH Dhruva), Rudra (Rudra), Cheetah are stationed here.  Apart from this, the Israeli drone Heron is also deployed.  Like LCH Prachand, Dhruv and Rudra are also armed attack helicopters.
