16-year-old Ritika Dhruv will search for asteroids in space with NASA, 6 children selected across the country

Ritika Dhruv, a 16-year-old  student from Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh, has been selected by NASA for its Citizen Science Project.  Ritika gave a presentation on the sound coming from black holes in space, which impressed the scientists of IIT Bombay and Satish Dhawan Space Center, Andhra Pradesh.
   Ritika is a class 11 student of Swami Atmanand Government English Medium School located at Nayapara in the district.  He participated in NASA's Asteroid Search Program, in which he was selected.  State Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has also congratulated the student by tweeting.
   6 students selected NASA has decided to include school children in its Citizen Project.  Ritika gave presentations at many levels to participate in this project.  A total of 6 students have been selected for this project, in which Ritika is also one.  She will now take a week's training with ISRO, after which she will be a part of NASA's project.
