World news:
5G is yet to reach India properly and meanwhile Japan has developed the world’s first 6G device, although currently it is only a prototype device but its speed is more than 100Gbps even in a range of more than 300 feet.  It is claimed to be 20 times faster than existing 5G technology.
The device was jointly developed by telecom companies including Japan's Docomo, NTT Corporation, NEC Corporation and Fujitsu.  According to the report, this 6G prototype device can achieve 100Gbps speed indoors on 100 GHz band.  On the other hand, it uses the 300 GHz band to achieve the same speed outside the home.
