A massive earthquake of 7.5 magnitude has been witnessed in Taiwan. This earthquake has shaken the southern islands of Japan. The earthquake has raised the possibility of three meter high tsunami waves. The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) has issued a tsunami warning after the earthquake. This earthquake occurred shortly before 9 am local time. Taiwan has also witnessed major destruction due to the earthquake. Buildings have collapsed. People are trapped in the buildings collapsed due to the earthquake.
