Russia Ukraine War: Can PM Modi stop the Russia-Ukraine war? India's strength shown in the White House

Russia and Ukraine have been at war for the past nearly 1 year.  Ukraine continues to receive military support from Western countries, including the United States.  There are no signs of an end to the war between the two countries, but there has been a big statement from the United States.  The White House reiterated Friday (February 10) that the United States would welcome any effort to end the war.
White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said Prime Minister Modi can stop the war.  We would welcome their efforts.
White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said  Sake,"I think Putin still has time to stop the war. We would welcome steps taken by PM Modi to end hostilities in Ukraine." 
A few days ago, PM Modi had said during his talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin that this is not the era of war.  The Prime Minister made the remarks during a bilateral meeting in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.  John Kirby said PM Modi's belief was correct and was welcomed by the US.  PM Modi's statement was welcomed by global leaders and praised by the international media.
