International Desk:
Amidst the war with Russia, an air alert has been declared in almost the entire region of Ukraine.  Russia had earlier said it was suspending participation in a three-month-old deal following a Ukrainian attack on Russian ships in its occupied Crimean Peninsula, Reuters reported.  Meanwhile, the Ukrainian President's Chief of Staff accused Russia of blackmailing and terrorist attacks on Saturday (October 29) following the blasts in the Russian-occupied peninsula of Crimea.
Ukraine's top employee Andrey Yermak wrote on the Telegram app, "Russian blackmail can be seen in everything. Nuclear, blackmail, energy, food all over."  Ukraine's foreign minister accused Moscow on Saturday (October 29) of making false excuses to suspend its participation in the Black Sea Grain Corridor. "I call on all countries to stop Russia's hunger games," Dmitro Kuleba wrote on Twitter.  And call upon to demand re-commitment to our obligations."
