International Desk:
Britain Next PM: Liz Truss has resigned from the post of Prime Minister, now Britain is looking for its next PM.  According to the current political equations, Indian-origin Rishi Sunak is running in the forefront of the race for the post of Prime Minister.  He is also named after former PM Boris Johnson.
Now there are reports that the deal has been cracked between these two veteran leaders of the Conservative Party.  Since Saturday, the round of talks between Rishi Sunak and Johnson is going on and according to media reports, both have also reached a conclusion.  Actually, MPs have now started publicly supporting Rishi Sunak.
As the day progressed on Saturday, Rishi Sunak and Johnson also reached a conclusion.  Neither of the two leaders announced the candidature, but there have been media reports that both the leaders have agreed on a joint ticket.  At the same time, Tory lawmakers have called on the two leaders to put aside their differences and reach a conclusion.  Tory lawmakers say that a deal should be finalized in which one can be made prime minister and the other can serve at a senior position in the cabinet.
The Washington Post quoted the Guardian as saying that Rishi Sunak currently has 126 members, Johnson has 54 and Penny Mordent has 24 members.  At the same time, according to the BBC, Sunak has 128, Johnson has 53 and Mordent has 23 members.  This is the reason that now former Prime Minister Johnson has reached out to the members to collect numbers.  However, according to current data, 42-year-old Sunak is most likely to become the prime minister.
