   After the counter attack by the Ukrainian Army, the Russian army has now retreated and moved across the Oskil river.  At the same time, its easy land route to supply logistics to its forces has also been snatched away.  It is believed that the Ukrainian army, excited by this victory, can now move forward in the Luhansk area.  Four eastern states of Ukraine, including Luhansk, are occupied by Russian forces, and in a ceremony held in Moscow on Thursday, Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared these states to be part of the Russian Federation.
   On the other hand, Chechnya's commander Ramzan Kadyrov has flared up after Lyman City got out of hand.  He has advised his friend and Russian President Putin that he should use atomic bombs to end this war quickly and get the outcome of the war.  After the Ukrainian army captured Lyman, Ramzan Kadyrov reprimanded the top commanders of the Russian army for their poor planning.  Kadyrov wrote on Telegram, in my personal opinion, now more drastic measures should be taken at the border.  This includes the use of low-capacity nuclear bombs and the declaration of martial law.  There is no use in dragging this war for a long time.
