Defence Minister Rajnath Singh released the first edition of the bi-annual Hindi magazine 'Sashakt Bharat' of the Ministry of Defence (MoD) with an aim to promote the use of Hindi in official communication. The event was held at South Block, New Delhi on 27 February 2025. The magazine is an initiative of the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Defence, which aims to highlight the patriotism, valour and sacrifice of the soldiers of the armed forces and present government policies in Hindi.
