Chief Economic Advisor V Anantha Nageswaran's Tenure Extended By Two Years Until March 2027

The Union government has granted a two-year extension to Chief Economic Adviser V. Anantha Nageswaran, extending his tenure until 31 March 2027.The office order on the extension of Nageswaran's tenure was issued on Thursday (20 February).V Anantha Nageswaran was appointed as the Chief Economic Adviser by the government and took charge on 28 January 2022.Before this appointment, Nageswaran has worked as a writer, author, teacher and consultant.
