 Remembering Abhijeet Nath and Nilotpal Das on their 5th death anniversary, a mime act was performed at the premises of Nabagraha Crematorium in Guwahati. 
On 8 June 2018, while on a road trip to Dokmoka in Karbi Anglong, Abhijeet Nath and Nilotpal Das were brutally thrashed by a local mob on the false suspicion, fuelled by social media messages, that they were child abductors.
