New announcement by the government.  The world record for Bihu will be set on April 13, not April 14. The Chief Minister made the announcement while addressing a press conference after the state cabinet meeting.
 Sharma said the Guinness Book of Records ceremony will be held on April 13, not April 14. The Guinness World Records will be held tomorrow between 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm.  There is no pass required to enter Sarusajai on April 14.
 The Chief Minister said the state government has set a target for two records.  One will be Bihu dance and the other will be Dhol.
 The public will be able to enter the venue using passes collected from the Kalakshetra on 14th april.
 The government will also pay Rs 25,000 each to the Bihua-Bihuwatis.  Reserve dancers and drummers will also be paid Rs 25,000 each.
