Babli Nath shines at the All India Postal Service Cultural Festival

Babli Nath's achievements at the All India Postal Service Cultural Festival.  The All India Postal Service Cultural Festival was held in Goa recently.
 The competition was held at the Assam Circle of the Postal Service Department. The eldest daughter of Binod Kumar Nath and Ila Saud Nath of Kawoimari village of Chaigaon won first place in modern song, Kamrupi folk song and guitar playing.
