Mithu Agarwal, one of the accused in the GMC scam, has been remanded in CM Vigilance custody for five days.
Mithu Agarwal was arrested from Bihar.
The look out notice was issued by the Chief Minister's Monitoring Cell.Mithu Agarwal was declared absconding on November 23.
