First Joint Commanders Conference starts in Lucknow

The first two-day Joint Commanders Conference was held in Lucknow on September 4-5, 2024 to discuss the integration of the three armed forces and the unified theater command.  The Defense Minister also launched an application called e-museum and e-library and a book titled ‘Colonial Practices and Armed Forces – A Review’ on the occasion.
 Chief of Defense Staff General Anil Chauhan, Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi, Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal Vivek Ram Choudhary and Defense Secretary Giridhar Armane attended the first Joint Commanders Conference.
