Harini Amarasuriya, recently sworn in as Sri Lanka's 16th Prime Minister, has a special connection to India, having spent her college years at Delhi University. The 54-year-old academic-turned-politician is the first woman to hold this position since Sirimavo Bandaranaike in 2000.
