Global India Summit will be held in Telangana, more than 450 delegates from 100 countries will participate

The stage is set for the India Summit, an initiative of the Telangana state government, aimed at showcasing the state as a model state with progressive thinking before a global audience. Over 450 delegates representing various sectors from 100 countries across the world are expected to attend the two-day event. Heads of governments, members of parliament, representatives of political parties, heads of major corporations and eminent personalities from think-tanks in various fields will participate in the event.

Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka told the media last evening that the summit will focus on non-violence, truth, justice and democracy, which are the core principles on which the Congress party is founded. He said All India Congress Committee president Mallikarjun Kharge, senior Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi are among the speakers during the plenary and concluding sessions, besides experts from relevant fields from various countries.
