Recently, Zomato has decided to change the name of the company from Zomato to Eternal. After this move of the company, many types of confusions have arisen among the people. Many people have also expressed their problems on social media. Stuck in such confusion, a user has asked, 'Zomato, have you shut down'? 
Zomato has posted a picture of a chat on micro-blogging platform X. In this, a user has asked, 'Brother, what is this Eternal?', 'Zomato, have you shut down?', 'My refund is pending.' Due to this, Zomato has given clarification by posting X on X.
The company, while clearing this confusion on X, wrote- 'Friends, Zomato is the eternal parent company, the app will remain Zomato.' This means that nothing will actually change for Zomato users. Neither the company's app will change, nor the delivery boys' jersey or the food delivery box. Only the name of the parent company has changed.
