Air Marshal SP Dharkar will be the new Air Force Deputy Chief

Air Marshal SP Dharkar, a skilled fighter pilot of the Air Force, has been appointed as the next Vice Chief of the Air Force.  He will replace incumbent Deputy Chief Air Marshal AP Singh, who has been made Air Force chief.  Dharkar will assume his new appointment after the new chief takes charge.  Air Marshal SP Dharkar is an experienced fighter pilot, having flown more than 3600 hours.
