Maanvi Madhu Kashyap Becomes Bihar's First Transgender Sub-Inspector

 Manvi Madhu Kashyap, a resident of Panjwara, a small village in Banka district, has become the first transgender sub-inspector in Bihar.  
Manvi Madhu Kashyap said, “When I started preparing for the exam by vowing not to clap and not to beg, I had no idea that I would become the first transgender daroga in the state.  I can't put into words my happiness. I have now scaled up my dreams. I want to clear UPSC and become an IAS officer."
