Sikkim CM: Prem Singh Tamang will be sworn in as Chief Minister for the second time today

Sikkim Krantikari Morcha chief Prem Singh Tamang will be sworn in as Sikkim chief minister for the second time on Monday.  He will be accompanied by 12 cabinet ministers.  The ceremony will start at 4 pm and will last for about an hour and a half.  Several Union Ministers including the Prime Minister, Home Minister, Chief Ministers of neighboring states and people from all over the state have been invited to the function.  Around 30 dignitaries are expected to arrive.  The results of the Sikkim Assembly elections held in April this year were announced on June  The SKM party led by Prem Singh Tamang has won a landslide victory in 31 out of 32 seats.  SKM is part of the NDA at the Centre.  State Chief Secretary VB Pathak said on Sunday that all preparations including security have been made for the swearing-in ceremony at the Paljor stadium.
