After winning the award, Shahrukh Khan said, 'I thank the entire jury for selecting me for this honor.I had not received the Best Actor award for many years. After this I started feeling that I will not get this award now. I am very happy to receive this award. I always like and attract awards. I am a little greedy. I have tried to entertain people. Now I feel that my hard work has paid off. I also thank the young viewers for watching. Who has given so much love to the film and my acting.'
