Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a tour of Uttar Pradesh today. He reached Sambhal in the morning to attend the foundation stone laying program of Kalki Dham temple. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath welcomed him at the helipad here. After this he directly reached the venue and participated in the puja. Amidst chanting of Vedic mantras, PM Modi performed Bhoomi Pujan of Kalki Dham temple. During the puja, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath sat on one side of PM Modi and Acharya Pramod Krishnam sat on the other side. When PM Modi reached the stage after the Bhoomi Pujan ritual was over, Shri Kalki Dham Temple Construction Trust President Acharya Pramod Krishnam and Swami Avadheshanand Giri welcomed him by wearing Angavastra.
PM Modi, in his address during the foundation stone laying ceremony of Shri Kalki Dham Temple, said that 'today another stream of devotion, emotion and spirituality is eager to flow from the land of UP. Today, with the devotion of the revered saints and the spirit of the people, the foundation of another holy place is being laid. I am confident that Kalki Dham will emerge as another great center of Indian faith. There are many such good works which some people have left for me only. Whatever good work is left in the future, we will complete it with the blessings of the saints and the people.'
