Happy Republic Day 2024 Wishes: Today is Republic Day. This day is no less than a festival for any patriot. On this day, on 26 January 1950, India's Constitution was officially implemented and the country declared itself a democratic country in front of the world. Since then, the festival of Republic Day started being celebrated every year. On this day, the constitutional head of the country i.e. the President hoists the tricolor on the Rajpath and salutes the brave sons of the country and the revolutionaries involved in the freedom struggle. The President announces the awards on the eve of Republic Day. On the occasion of Republic Day, a foreign Prime Minister, President or Head of State is invited to India as a guest.
