Sarusajai Sports Complex is beaming with anticipation as the All Assam Triathlon/Aquathlon Championships is all set to take place on July 29-30.
Organized under the wings of the Assam Triathlon Federation (ATF), the event will witness a total of 70 participants (boys and girls) who will be competing against each other for victory.
The championships will feature participants across a variety of age categories, each facing unique challenges set accordingly for their age and ability.
The Mini boys and girls category will be challenged with a 300-meter swimming event followed by a 2-kilometre run.
The Sub-Junior category will have to swim 400 meters and run 3 kilometers.
For the Junior boys and girls group, the entire ordeal will be a bit challenging with a 700-meter swimming challenge and a 5-kilometer run.
Meanwhile, the older Junior participants will face an additional 500-meter swimming race along.
