Gold Price Today: Gold and silver decrease again, fall to Rs 54,300

Gold and silver prices are now declining after recent rallies.  Earlier, gold prices had fallen to Rs 58,000 and silver to Rs 68,000.  Gold and silver prices fell again on the first day of the week.  On the other hand, gold and silver also fell on the Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX).  Earlier, both the precious metals had also seen a decline in Friday's session.
The Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX) fell again on Monday, the first day of the week.  Gold fell by Rs 111 to Rs 59,198 and silver by Rs 285 to Rs 74,685 on Monday.  Earlier, gold was trading at Rs 59,309 and silver at Rs 74,970 per kg on the MCX on Friday.
Gold market rates are issued by the India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA).  24-carat gold was trading at Rs 59,290 per 10 grams at the price released on IBJA's website https://ibjarates.com on Monday.  Silver, on the other hand, fell by Rs 600 to Rs 74,044 per kg.  Gold was trading at Rs 59,455 and silver at Rs 74,622 per kg on Friday.
 Besides, 23-carat gold was trading at Rs 59,053, 22-carat gold at Rs 54,309, 20-carat gold at Rs 44,467 and 18-carat gold at Rs 34,684 per 10 grams.
