This is evidenced by a proposed deal in which Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries is showing interest in buying one of Alia Bhatt's companies.Reliance Industries is reportedly interested in buying Alia's company Eternalia Creative. Active negotiations are underway between the two sides for this.Reliance Industries could complete the deal for Rs 300 crore to Rs 350 crore. The deal could be through Reliance Brands, a subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited.Alia Bhatt's company makes children's clothes under the brand name Ed-a-Mamma. Reliance Brands wants to strengthen its presence in the children wear category by buying it.All rights to children's wear brand Ed-a-Mamma are held by Eternalia Creative. Alia Bhatt is a director at the same company, Eternlia Creative.According to reports, the ongoing talks between Alia Bhatt's company and Reliance Brands could be finalized in the next seven to 10 days.
