Gulab Chand Kataria sworn in as the 31st Governor of the state

Gulab Chand Kataria  sworn in as the 31st Governor of the state.
The newly appointed Governor was formally sworn in at the Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra in Guwahati on Wednesday.
Before being appointed Governor of Assam, Gulab Chand Kataria served as the Home Minister of Rajasthan from 2014 to 2018 and then as the Leader of the Opposition in the state Assembly.
